GreetingsHiring for a renowned Plywood Industry.About client Our client is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of plywood sheets laminate sheets flush doors fiberboard & veneer sheets in different designs & costs.Must HaveMinimum 5years of working experience in Project sales/B2B Sales/Government sales.comfortable with Mumbai location.Need candidates from Building Material/chemical.
Position ASM Area Sales Manager (Individual Role)
Branch location Mumbai
Working location Mumbai
Division Channel and Project sales (Majorly)
This would be an individual role reporting to the Branch Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
1 Sales target achievement Ensures achievement of primary and secondary targets for the designated areas.
2 Relationship management ASM will be responsible for maintaining relationship with all the key stakeholders Dealers/Retailers & Influencer (AID/DMI) with the help of the team.
3 Responsible for regular market visit in order to guide frontline sales team & also to maintain connect with the stakeholders
4 People management Responsible for reviewing training coaching & mentoring the front line sales team
5 Feedback & grievance redressal of the major stakeholders (Dealer/Retailers/AID/DMI)
