Job Description

As an Account Coordinator you coordinate information and delegate or fulfill tasks needed to retain and grow our client accounts. You provide clear consistent communication to our internal product teams and ensure completed tasks meet deadlines and exceed client expectations. You formulate metrics to measure the success of both the Strategy Team and our clients digital marketing programs. Your internal coordination between multiple media programs will ensure high quality results. You manage and provide strategic oversight to an assigned desk of lowertier clients.


Job Expectations

  • Support the Senior Account Strategist Account Strategist and the Account Specialist positions within the Strategy team
  • Communicate information received from clients internally to the appropriate product teams
  • Communicate and coordinate all agency resources to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and growth
  • Create customized strategic growth plans
  • Formulate metrics to measure company and client success
  • Delegate or fulfill required tasks
  • Ensure internal programs are properly positioned with our clients
  • Develop and grow skills through mentorship and training received from the Senior Account Strategist and Account Strategist roles
  • Research and stay uptodate on marketing and industry trends
  • Manage and provide strategic oversight to assigned desk of lower tier clients

  • A proven track record of the ability to prioritize organize and multitask in a flexible and fast paced environment to effectively meet deadlines
  • Demonstrates a high level of accountability and ownership
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills including strong presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate both technical and nontechnical information between internal product teams and external clients
  • Strategic and creative thinking when solving problems
  • A basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization Social Media Marketing Paid Search and Lead Generation
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint
  • Proficient skills in the Google Suite including Docs Slides and Sheets
Requirements

Required Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing Mass Communications or another related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • 01 year experience in account management
  • Digital Marketing Advertising or media industry experience preferred
