We are currently seeking an organized and detailoriented Advertising Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for coordinating advertising efforts across various platforms ensuring timely execution and maintaining consistency with brand messaging. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can work well in a fastpaced environment and support the overall strategy and execution of advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule advertising campaigns across traditional media platforms
Monitor timelines budgets and deliverables to ensure campaign accuracy and efficiency
Assist with vendor communication and media buying coordination
Prepare campaign reports and track key performance metrics
Collaborate with internal teams to align advertising with marketing objectives
Maintain accurate records of campaign materials and documentation
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or related field
12 years of experience in advertising coordination or a similar role
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
