We are currently seeking a Client Account Representative to join our team in Columbus OH. This role is ideal for a detailoriented and clientfocused professional who excels in communication and relationship management. You will serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts ensuring client satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts
Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries concerns and service requests
Coordinate with internal departments to meet client needs and expectations
Track account performance and prepare regular reports for clients and management
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client objectives
Identify opportunities for account growth and recommend improvements
Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in company systems
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or related field preferred
Proven experience in account management customer service or a related role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to problemsolving
