Account Manager

• Maintains professional and positive relationships with all clients
• Handling customer concerns as well as identifying and resolving their concerns
• Developing and maintaining the existing product knowledge
• Establishing and maintaining new and established client relationships
• Assist Account Executive in preparing inservice presentations to new clients
• Assist Account Executive in preparing full account set up in LIS contact relation management
• systems and client supply management systems based on proposal of services
• Assists in creating reviewing and maintaining all client test requisitions
• In cooperation with the Quality Department assists in resolving client complaints by
• investigating problems developing solutions preparing reports and making recommendation to management
• Coordinating shipping programs and managing delivery of company products and services
• Assists in maintaining Client contracts and agreements
• Assists in billing activities such as billing review updates client inquiries and the billing of ancillary services such as logistics and supplies
• Performs duties in compliance with all applicable regulatory and accrediting agencies
• Supervises the Laboratory Service Coordinators and Account Specialists
• Monitor and report to executive leadership client satisfaction data on daily client communication activities
• Provide guidance and leadership in client operational systems such as logistics client supplies electronic order entry electronic result delivery and send out test strategies
• Supports Eurofins DPTs business philosophy leadership values and ethics
• In order to meet Eurofins DPTs quality policy and objectives all employees are expected to meet basic expectations of Eurofins DPTs quality management system including but not limited to good workmanship adherence to standard operational procedures training good documentation practices and accurate recordkeeping.

Qualifications :

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma
• Bachelor of Science or Business Administration degree preferred

• Excellent internal and external customer service skills
• Able to meet fixed deadlines and manage under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Willingness to travel

• $40000 $60000

• Monday Friday 8:00am 4:30pm
