Key Responsibilities

This role involves acting as a strategic partner to sales leadership driving performance through targeted enablement initiatives. The focus is on diagnosing business needs implementing highimpact programs collaborating across teams and ensuring longterm scalability and measurable success.

  • Engage executive sales leaders in consultative discussions.
  • Understand strategic priorities sales processes and performance metrics.
  • Analyze sales data to anticipate needs and recommend solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on sales enablement best practices.
  • Take initiative to drive urgent and efficient project .
  • Ensure high quality and attention to detail in delivery.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (e.g. Sales Ops Marketing Product).
  • Build internal networks to gain alignment and secure resources.
  • Create plans for longterm adoption of enablement initiatives.
  • Design scalable strategies across teams and regions.
  • Establish metrics to measure impact and ROI.


Your Profile & Key Responsibilities

Were looking for someone who can truly speak the language of salespeoplesomeone who understands their goals and challenges. Critical thinking is essential along with the ability to plan for the long term and build strategies that are both scalable and sustainable. Resilience is key in this fastpaced everevolving environment. We are looking for someone who takes initiative and drives projects forward. The ideal candidate will also be confident in delivering clear impactful enablement content that engages and empowers sales teams.

  • 10 of experience in sales enablement sales operations or a related field.
  • Proven experience working directly with executive sales leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose business issues and develop strategic solutions.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability 1 to work independently and as part of a 2 collaborative team
  • Experience with sales enablement technologies and tools.
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
