Job Description
- Maximize sales and manage costs for food beverage supplies and labor.
- Lead daily operations serving as the goto contact for staff and guests ensuring smooth flow and problemsolving.
- Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage while supporting continuous training and development.
- Conduct inventories and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Implement and communicate company promotions policies and updates.
- Maintain a strong presence in the local community.
- Handle financial tasks such as cashouts deposits P&L statements and budgets.
- Oversee hiring training and retention of top talent.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and manage guest feedback.
- Maintain the appearance and atmosphere of the restaurant.
- Proven restaurant management experience in a highvolume environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial management P&L and cost controls.
- Serve Safe Certification and ability to obtain a Liquor License.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced highstress environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Flexible schedule working 50 hours per week.
- Ability to train coach develop and motivate staff
- Ability to provide a guestfocused approach to floor management and create strong guest rapport
