Job Description

  • Review and verify EXIM billing invoices; submit to Finance/CF team and prepare related reports
  • Prepare supporting documents for exportimport clearance processes including insurance documents Power of Attorney (POA) letters and Delivery Notification Proof (DNP)
  • Maintain organized and uptodate digital archives of EXIM documentation
  • Compile and submit accurate daily activity reports

Qualifications :

  • College students preferably majoring in Logistics Management Transportation or a related field
  • Basic understanding of exportimport processes and documentation requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage documentation efficiently
  • Effective communication and coordination skills especially when working with crossfunctional teams
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines

  • Fulltime paid internship for 6 months (JulyDecember).
