Job Description
- Review and verify EXIM billing invoices; submit to Finance/CF team and prepare related reports
- Prepare supporting documents for exportimport clearance processes including insurance documents Power of Attorney (POA) letters and Delivery Notification Proof (DNP)
- Maintain organized and uptodate digital archives of EXIM documentation
- Compile and submit accurate daily activity reports
Qualifications :
- College students preferably majoring in Logistics Management Transportation or a related field
- Basic understanding of exportimport processes and documentation requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage documentation efficiently
- Effective communication and coordination skills especially when working with crossfunctional teams
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
