Key Responsibilities:
Client interaction and client relationship management
Real time update to the client on progress
Interacting with Training partners Clients and internal teams and seamlessly execute assessments
Ability to monitor and raise flags with corrective actions
Assessment planning
Assessment link generation for online and offline (tab based) assessment
Sending SSC report on Daily/Weekly basis
Collaboration with internal stake holders to plan the assessment
Maintaining assessment trackers on Daily/Weekly basis
Team working
Proactive initiatives taken in improving the overall process/ people/ technology
Multi task management and ability to solve complex problems
Preferred Skills Set:
Extremely comfortable in fastpaced highgrowth environment
Creative and analytical thinker fast learner adoptive in nature
Good speaking & writing English
Knowledge of MSoffice tools
Round the clock availability
To be able to work in long shifts if required.
Business oriented and interactive in nature
