Role description:

Growth perspective:SDRs will be trained and coached directly by the Head of Sales who was a former BDR then grew to AE built out the Sales Org for a Munichbased SaaS company and will help you develop and grow into an AEor SDR leader internally
Must haves:
1. 6 months of experience as SDR in a b2b SaaS company
2. Strong work ethic wants to succeed and work
3. Coachable strong spirit drive and charisma
4. Ability to work in a startup (adaptable proactive creative)
5. Strong charisma character positive & confident attitude & energy
