Job Description

Role: SDR
Location: Munich
Language: German native English fluency
WFH policy: 3 days in the office
Industry: Supply chain Data & analytics
Product: An holistic aftermarket / aftersales platform
Size and functions of the local team: Head of Sales first SDR and AE now being hired!

Role description:

  • Youll be on the first SDRteam building the process and running outbound sales
  • Youll be trained and coached by a fantastic Head of Sales and surrounded by former top SDRs who can also help you in your growth trajectory.
  • Your focus is on meetings booked and qualified pipeline generation
    You work closely with the AEs and Head of Sales
  • You focus on selling the OEM platform
  • Theres also an inbound flow of opportunities youll have to qualify

Growth perspective:SDRs will be trained and coached directly by the Head of Sales who was a former BDR then grew to AE built out the Sales Org for a Munichbased SaaS company and will help you develop and grow into an AEor SDR leader internally

Must haves:

1. 6 months of experience as SDR in a b2b SaaS company
2. Strong work ethic wants to succeed and work

3. Coachable strong spirit drive and charisma
4. Ability to work in a startup (adaptable proactive creative)
5. Strong charisma character positive & confident attitude & energy

Hiring process:
1. Get to know Louis (Head of Sales) 30 min
candidates should prep well on ClearOps and know what they do!


2. case study 90 min in office
3. meeting the founder 30 min in office / or online

Salary range & secondary benefits: 4550k base 2025K
