SCALE HOUSE LEAD
LOCATION: SEASONALLY LOCATED WESTMORELAND CA PASCO WA

Screen and record incoming loads at the scale house direct vehicles entering and leaving facility. Grimmway is one of the largest carrot and organic vegetable grower/packer/shipper in the world! What you will need:
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Able to work overtime and weekends depending on business need.
- Flexible and be available to work any shift.
- Able to travel both local and out of state to support Grimmways Shipping Operations (this position is seasonally located in Westmorland CA for 46 months and Pasco WA for 46 months).
- Bilingual English/Spanish with the ability to speak read and write in both.
- A valid Drivers License with a clean DMV driving record.
- Pass preplacement drug/alcohol screen physical and functional capacity evaluation.

- Good communication skills and able to interact with people of all levels with respect and professionalism.
- Be trainable in Safety Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and other duties.
- Ability to multitask in an ever changing fast paced work environment.
- Able to work well under pressure and have a high attention to detail.
- Good understanding of company policies and procedures.
