Responsibilities
- Welcoming guest with a warm greeting.
- Taking beverage and food orders correctly ensuring all customers preferences are met.
- Upselling items when serving.
- Maintain a clean and tidy area in your section.
- Taking beverage and food out with care.
- Communicating with kitchen staff to ensure timings of food delivery are running smoothly.
- Helping other team members in different departments when needed.
- Handle guest inquires and resolves any issues professionally.
