Your mission
Join Our Team at Five Elephant
We are seeking a motivated detailoriented team member to join our roastery team with a lead focus on fulfillment and dispatch operations. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of our packing and shipping workflowsensuring accuracy efficiency and quality at every step. As a key member of the roastery team you will also support roasting and general operations contributing to a collaborative work environment with strong internal training and role redundancy.
Success in this position requires precision speed and a proactive mindset. You will play a central role in ensuring that our customersboth wholesale and onlinereceive their orders on time and in perfect condition. The ideal candidate is eager to take ownership improve systems and grow into a pivotal role within our production environment.
This role contributes directly to our mission to celebrate coffees transformative power through exceptional qualitysupporting both the producers work and the customers experience
Key Responsibilities
Fulfillment (Lead Area)
Own all aspects of roastery dispatch and fulfillment including bagging and boxing customer coffees and products
Maintain implement and improve fulfillment protocols and workflows
Train and support team members on packing and dispatch procedures to ensure consistency and smooth handovers
Maintain stock of packaging and shipping materials and coordinate timely deliveries
Create monthly inventory reports for webshop items and packaging materials.
Act as the primary point of responsibility for fulfillment performance across B2B B2C and subscription channels
Customer & Account Support
Act as a secondary contact point for B2B and B2C customers from within the roastery
Support the Customer Engagement Lead and Sales team in executing regular checkins customer visits and cuppings
Assist in maintaining high standards of communication followup and problemsolving for incoming customer needs
Learn and assist with roasting operations including profiling and consistency support
Participate in quality control cuppings and discussions
Support daily green coffee and packaging stock management
Marketing Coordination
Assist the Customer Engagement Lead in providing accurate and updated product information to the Marketing team Help manage packaging and printed materials inventory including ordering and upkeep
Support the planning and of Five Elephants on and offsite events (workshops festivals coffee caterings)
Your profile
Demonstrated passion for specialty coffee and strong motivation to grow professionally
High attention to detail especially in handling fulfillment and logistics tasks
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Collaborative team player with a proactive solutionsfocused mindset
Comfortable using Google Docs Cropster and related business tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English; German is a plus
Roasting experience or production background is an advantage
Drivers license preferred
