Are you an experienced officer looking for a challenging role within a highpressure team The London Borough of Havering is seeking a dedicated Triage and Research Officer to join our dynamic Complaints Department.
Candidate will be required to come into the office 1 or 2 days a week in Romford Town
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and research customer complaints and enquiries.
- Respond appropriately to complaints ensuring excellent customer service.
- Use initiative to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to drive customer improvement.
- Learn and adapt to various systems including Word and Outlook.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Strong investigative and research skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Commitment to improving services by learning from complaints.
