About the role:
Transformation Programme Manager to drive the Safer Greener Neighbourhoods Transformation (NED SECONDMENT)
The Neighbourhoods and Environment Directorate (NED) plays a critical role in creating safe secure and clean places for people to live work and grow up in our borough.
This programme seeks to reimagine our excellent resident services to create safe green and equitable neighbourhoods that meet the fundamental needs of residents. Our vision is to create safe green and equitable neighbourhoods that meet the fundamental needs of residents. We will continue to deliver excellent services maximising every hour of staff time. We will empower our staff partners and communities so we address the hardest challenges faced by our residents and businesses and build stronger neighbourhoods together.
This role will act as the dedicated programme lead for the transformation in this critical year for the Councils firm financial footing and sits within the Strategy and Change team. The Strategy and Change department will play a crucial role in the design and delivery of this transformation building on our strengths in responding in an agile manner to some of the most complex social challenges our residents face and ensuring that the Councils services are efficiently and effectively meeting resident demand.
