The Amazon Robotics Workcell Technologies TPM owns an integrated hardware software and AI product. In this role you are a product owner and responsible for driving and delivery at Amazon scale.
As a Senior Technical Program Manager you will be responsible for delivering a complex highimpact crossfunctional product that spans hardware software AI and operations across multiple organizations and geographies. You will own the entire product lifecycle from defining the programs mission and vision to driving delivery and measuring success. Youll be responsible for overall strategy resource allocation and aligning business and technical stakeholder needs. Your technical breadth across hardware software and AI will be crucial in driving system architectures making informed decisions and setting engineering priorities.
Youll need to be adept at risk management datadriven decision making and process optimization. You will regularly exercise you communication skills to write narratives present to senior leadership and build consensus among diverse teams. You will drive organizational planning mentor team members and participate in the career development of other technical program managers. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking technical expertise leadership skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics to deliver impactful results.

5 years of technical product or program management experience
7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience managing and delivering integrated hardware and software products
5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multimillion dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
Experience leading and setting up development laboratory environments.
