Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals for the roles of Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager. The ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of the food service industry and are comfortable with overseeing daily operations of a busy restaurant. Your ability to maintain the highest standards and implement necessary controls and guidelines to ensure compliance is key in these roles.
Job PurposeThe main objectives for these roles include overseeing daily operations ensuring compliance with standards and guidelines and maintaining highquality service and food presentation. This also includes managing inventory for effective cost control interpreting reports to improve operations and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Oversee the restaurants opening mid and closing procedures to comply with norms and guidelines.
- Close followup on staff tasks to ensure errorfree operations.
- Ensure orders are correctly delivered and meet food presentation standards.
- Monitor inventory cycle counts for accurate and costeffective control.
- Work towards achieving organizational goals and brand targets.
Qualifications :
- Strong leadership abilities to coach and motivate staff.
- Proficiency in managing inventory to control costs.
- Analytical skills to interpret reports and drive operational improvements.
- Deep understanding of food safety management systems.
- Ability to set and achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
