Role description: As a Pioneer AE for DACH the focus is on growing the region by closing deals and driving revenue growth setting the blueprint for further scaleability (growing into a regional lead GM).

Must haves:
- 85 candidates
- Someone whos only been an AE wont work for them they need someting on top (leadership experience pioneering founding experience etc.
- 3 years of AE closing experience in b2b SaaS
- Must have been a top 1 or 2 performer
- Worked in a startup <200 people with a early stage GTM motion
- Status: Comes from a prestegiousschool/internship/bank/consultancy
- Has strong tenures that tell a story of success and growth (typically 3 years with promotions)
- Has a proven track record shown through a very high work ethic and
- Has closed multiyear 6figure ARR contracts withouth upfront POCsselling at time/effort/cost/risk reduction rather than revenueincreases
- Willingness to travel to London often (mainly for onboarding)
- Strong ability to generate pipeline creatively (without much support)
