Size and functions of local team: None locally 10 people GTM team in UK (AEs SDRs Marketing VP Sales)

Role description: As a Pioneer AE for DACH the focus is on growing the region by closing deals and driving revenue growth setting the blueprint for further scaleability (growing into a regional lead GM).

Unique about the company:
  • 3 year old startup at 4M ARR and 25M in funding
  • Incredible leadership team and board strong VC backign (Point9 & AccelKKR)
  • Very lean startup <50 people and <15 GTM people they 5xd in 2024 overachieving all goals 700K > 4M ARR growth)
  • Growth plans continue to be internationally after finding growth predictability in the UK
  • Opportunity to really make an impact and put your stamp on the regional growth
  • Very high calibre people on board
Must haves:
  • 85 candidates
  • Someone whos only been an AE wont work for them they need someting on top (leadership experience pioneering founding experience etc.
  • 3 years of AE closing experience in b2b SaaS
  • Must have been a top 1 or 2 performer
  • Worked in a startup <200 people with a early stage GTM motion
  • Status: Comes from a prestegiousschool/internship/bank/consultancy
  • Has strong tenures that tell a story of success and growth (typically 3 years with promotions)
  • Has a proven track record shown through a very high work ethic and
  • Has closed multiyear 6figure ARR contracts withouth upfront POCsselling at time/effort/cost/risk reduction rather than revenueincreases
  • Willingness to travel to London often (mainly for onboarding)
  • Strong ability to generate pipeline creatively (without much support)
Nice to haves
  • 58 years selling experience
  • GTM leader thats handson and wants to build themselves
  • Entrepreneurial background
  • Someone who has been a founding AE before (part of this journey)

  • 60mins Final Interview with Abs (inperson)

At final stages there are potential extra rounds in case there are open questions remaining etc.

Salary range: 160240K OTE 50/50 equity
