We are looking for a People Operations & Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Irvine CA. This onsite role is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating a seamless employee experience from hiring to offboarding and who thrives in a fastpaced collaborative environment. You will be the goto person for recruitment onboarding offboarding people operations and office event planninghelping to foster an engaging and highperforming workplace. You will be working directly with our founders department heads and just about everyone at the company even our remote team members across the globe.
Even if you havent managed both Hiring and HR at a company before but you are a quick learner and are interested in handling a variety of People related responsibilities we encourage you to apply.
This is an onsite role and you will be expected to work from our Irvine office 5 days/week.
Manage the fullcycle recruitment process from job postings and sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and coordinating offer letters.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Maintain and update Greenhouse our applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Lead the onboarding process for new hires ensuring they feel welcomed and set up for success from day one.
Coordinate all preemployment tasks including background checks IT setup and new hire paperwork.
Manage the offboarding process ensuring smooth transitions and proper documentation.
Support daytoday HR operations including employee record maintenance benefits administration and compliance tracking.
Assist in implementing and improving HR policies and processes.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide general HR support.
Plan and coordinate office events teambuilding activities and celebrations to enhance employee engagement.
Help maintain a positive workplace culture through various initiatives and programs.
3 years of experience in HR recruiting or people operations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Experience with an ATS and HRIS is required
Must be able to work onsite in Irvine CA five days a week.

Compensation for this role is 7080k depending on experience and alignment with the role requirements.
The range listed is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and it may be modified in the future. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set experience and equity package.
