Description

The Account Representative is responsible for driving sales and promoting the growth of Tyler Software products and services within our existing ERP Pro client base. This role involves developing professionally while meeting or exceeding sales Representatives specializing in Tylers ERP Pro solutions will work closely with clients to optimize operations and improve information flow across various departments. This position is located in Tylers Lubbock Texas office.

Responsibilities

  • Gain indepth knowledge of Tyler products and services to effectively meet the needs of existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive the sale of additional products and services.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to identify their needs and assess interest in new offerings.
  • Clearly explain product features answer client questions and resolve any issues to support sales.
  • Follow up on leads from internal teams to address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Travel to user groups trade shows and client sites as required.
  • Assist in preparing responses to RFPs.
  • Meet or exceed assigned annual sales quotas.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Experience in the municipal domain is a plus.
  • Previous sales experience in the software industry is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with sales CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong competitive drive with a resultsfocused approach.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation abilities; public speaking experience is a plus.
  • Selfmotivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to foster and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in general computer skills (PC) and MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel as needed estimated at 2550 annually.
  • Valid drivers license required.
