About the Role:
This role requires a proactive detail-oriented individual who can build trusted client relationships upsell solutions and keep projects on track on time and within budget.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Identify opportunities to expand accounts and increase revenue through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
Develop clear project plans manage timelines and coordinate resources across development and technical teams.
Oversee the execution of digital and technical projects ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.
Communicate project status risks and opportunities to clients and internal stakeholders.
Handle day-to-day problem-solving and proactively address issues that may affect project delivery.
Maintain a solid understanding of client industries including any government or semi-government project requirements.
Saudi Nationals Mandatory.
Proven experience as an Account Manager Digital Project Manager or similar client-facing role.
Demonstrated track record in sales or account expansion within digital/technical services.
Experience managing technical projects with development teams (web software or digital solutions).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
Prior experience with government projects in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
