Roles and Responsibilities
Must have experience on State/Federal client IT requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance client relationships ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct strategic recruitment and staffing operations for the IT sector aligning with client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment and onboarding processes for efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for client business development and valueadd solutions.
- Lead client meetings negotiations and proposals to ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Maintain uptodate industry knowledge to inform staffing solutions and client advice.
- Monitor market trends to adapt strategies and stay competitive in the job market.
- Utilize problemsolving skills to address client challenges and recruitment pipeline issues proactively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of at least 4 years in recruitment and account management roles.
- Strong knowledge and working experience in the US staffing industry.
- Expertise in client relationship management (Mandatory skill) for building and maintaining client trust.
- Specific experience in the IT (Mandatory skill) within staffing solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong problemsolving abilities to tackle challenges and provide optimal solutions.
- Proficiency in recruitment processes and staffing industry insights for strategic decisions.
- Must have skills in US Staffing (Mandatory skill) ensuring familiarity with US market dynamics.
- Strong network with MSPs VMS clients
- Expertise in recruitment processes and proficiency in ATS tools
Additional Information :
Must be ready to work in the night shift 6:00 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST)
