The job mission is to provide delivery direction and management to different ITO projects within Stefanini to enable the achievement of business objectives through the management ofthe operational teams with a view to ensure efficient and effective deployment of people resources and systems within agreed budgets and in line withStefaninis business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and reviewing operational progress withinthe managed account;
- Being accountablefor operational results and improved efficiency forthe managed account;
- Overseeing launch activitieswhen required;
- Managing thestaffing levels of the respective operational team(s);
- Managing coaching and developingdirect reports/Team Leaders as well as other horizontal structures as assigned in order to improve customer service and to achieve specific operational objectives and toensure effective use ofStefanini policies and procedures;
- Assessingdirect reports/Team Leaders evaluating their performanceandquality of work.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in managing team leaders (including performance management) in a large IT/BPO global organization;
- Support center environment experience is mandatory;
- Client facing experience;
- Italian and English advanced level;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline requirements complimenting a proactive and flexible approach with a resilient and resultsoriented nature;
- Excellent relationship skills including significant experience working with executives level;
- Superior verbal written facilitation and presentation skills;
