Account Manager

Are you a driven and customer-focused professional with a passion for AV technology Were looking for an Account Manager to join our dynamic AV team in a leading IT distribution this role youll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients driving sales and ensuring top-tier service in the ever-evolving AV industry.

Location: Burnley Basingstoke or Snetterton office

As part of the team youll:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Provide expert advice on AV solutions helping clients find the right products
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
• Keep up to date with industry trends and product developments
• Deliver excellent account management ensuring high levels of customer retention

What Were Looking For:

Youre someone who thrives in a fast-paced results-driven environment. To excel in this role youll bring:

• Proven experience in account management or sales ideally in IT distribution or AV solutions
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and results-driven approach to business development
• Knowledge of AV products and solutions is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
