We are looking for a City Market & Activation Lead with 67 years of experience to build and execute citylevel marketing and activation plans. Ideal candidate would:
Build and close partnerships visibility and activation opportunities at a city level by finding residual inventory opportunities bartering referrals and cashbacks and pitching synergistic growth opportunities to other businesses
Build offline to online conversion with independent service providers and other city communities
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Market Analysis: Conduct indepth market research to identify opportunities segment the target audience within the new region and adapt marketing efforts accordingly.
Marketing Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive target marketing strategies for activating new regions; design and implement tailored campaigns to penetrate new markets considering local cultural economic and demographic factors
City Market & Activation: Lead the endtoend of regional marketing campaigns from concept to delivery across digital social media and offline channels Coordinate with creative teams to produce regionspecific content ensuring it is engaging and relevant
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Partner with Sales Product and Operations teams to ensure seamless of regional strategies
Reporting & Performance Tracking: Regularly provide updates to senior leadership on campaign success ROI while using insights & feedback to refine and improve regional marketing strategies
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field. MBA preferred.
Skills: Strong knowledge of regional marketing strategies digital marketing channels and campaign . Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
