As a Senior Account Manager your mission is to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts ensuring strong and profitable long-term relationships with our distribution partners. Youll act as the central point of contact for internal coordination commercial performance and partner satisfaction.
You will:
Manage a portfolio of strategic partners (brokers MGAs insurtechs fintechs retailers and marketplaces)
Ensure operational coordination with internal stakeholders (Underwriting Pricing Delivery Compliance Legal)
Be a key user of Wakams internal tools (MyWakam CRM AI agents)
Identify and develop upselling cross-selling and product extension opportunities
Monitor account profitability and technical performance working closely with Finance and Underwriting
Represent Wakam in client meetings steering committees and industry events
A Masters degree (Bac5) in Business Insurance or related field
8 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development within the insurance sector
Excellent commercial acumen and ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects
Proven experience in client relationship management negotiation and cross-functional collaboration
Advanced use of CRM and digital tools with a data-driven mindset
Mandatory fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
A strategic and analytical thinker with a commercial mindset
Customer-oriented with a natural ability to build trust
Autonomous structured and proactive
