The Director for the Accountable Care Organization (ACO) is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing various aspects of the organizations operations strategic initiatives and program development. Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:Contribute to the development and of strategicplans goals and initiatives aligned with the ACOs mission vision and objectives collaborating with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Program Development:Lead the development implementation and evaluation of ACO programs and initiatives such as care coordination quality improvement population health management and valuebased contracting.
- Performance Management: Establish performance metrics benchmarks and targets to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ACO programs clinical outcomes and financial performance implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration:Foster collaboration and communication among interdisciplinary teams including care management provider relations data analytics finance and information technology to achieve organizational goals.
- Quality Assurance:Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes performance improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols promoting a culture of excellence accountability and continuous learning.
- Provider Engagement: Collaborate with provider relations team to cultivate positive relationships with healthcare providers promote collaboration and support initiatives to enhance provider engagement and satisfaction.
- Data Analytics:Utilize healthcare data analytics tools and techniques to analyze performance metrics identify trends and derive actionable insights to support decisionmaking care coordination and population health management.

- Stakeholder Communication:Serve as a liaison between the ACO and external stakeholders including healthcare providers payers community organizations and regulatory agencies to facilitate communication collaboration and partnership.
- Staff Development:Recruit mentor and develop a highperforming team of professionals providing leadership guidance and support to enhance skills knowledge and performance.
Qualifications:
- Must have 5 years of Leadership experience in Accountable Care Organization
- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration business administration or relatedfield (Masters degree preferred).
- Significant experience in healthcare management program development or operations leadership preferably within an accountable care organization health system or integrated delivery network.
- Strong understanding of valuebased care models population health management principles and healthcare regulatory and reimbursement frameworks.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams foster collaboration and drive results in a complex healthcare environment.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.

Work Environment:

Salary:
Starting salary will be $150k base annually plus earned performance bonuses & benefits.
