Overview

Immediate Hiring Need for a Maintenance Leader
Full Time/Excellent Benefits Package

Monday Friday 6:00AM 4:00 PM (Overtime as required)

As a Maintenance Leader youll lead and coordinate the Maintenance team in ensuring production equipment and processes are operating efficiently and safely. Youll make a tangible impact by fostering smooth operations and contributing to the success of our growing workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise Maintenance team members ensuring adherence to policies procedures and safety standards.
  • Oversee daily operations assigning tasks to maintain uninterrupted production quality and cost efficiency.
  • Communicate equipment status and project updates with supervisors managers and engineers.
  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance programs using modern tools and data analysis.
  • Manage maintenance records ensuring accuracy in asset repair histories and preventative maintenance schedules via CMMS software.
  • Promote and enforce compliance with OSHA ISO and company standards as well as bargaining unit agreements.
  • Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements recommending changes to increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree and 1 year of Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment OR Associate degree and 6 years of related experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a manufacturing setting.
  • Availability to work 2nd shift and weekend overtime when required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • 57 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial manufacturing equipment.
  • Proven expertise in project and budget management.
  • Familiarity with tools materials and safety procedures for maintaining mechanical electrical and instrumentation systems.
