As a Maintenance Leader youll lead and coordinate the Maintenance team in ensuring production equipment and processes are operating efficiently and safely. Youll make a tangible impact by fostering smooth operations and contributing to the success of our growing workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise Maintenance team members ensuring adherence to policies procedures and safety standards.
- Oversee daily operations assigning tasks to maintain uninterrupted production quality and cost efficiency.
- Communicate equipment status and project updates with supervisors managers and engineers.
- Develop and implement predictive maintenance programs using modern tools and data analysis.
- Manage maintenance records ensuring accuracy in asset repair histories and preventative maintenance schedules via CMMS software.
- Promote and enforce compliance with OSHA ISO and company standards as well as bargaining unit agreements.
- Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements recommending changes to increase efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and 1 year of Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment OR Associate degree and 6 years of related experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a manufacturing setting.
- Availability to work 2nd shift and weekend overtime when required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Preferred:
- 57 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial manufacturing equipment.
- Proven expertise in project and budget management.
- Familiarity with tools materials and safety procedures for maintaining mechanical electrical and instrumentation systems.
