We are currently seeking a reliable and detailoriented Data Entry Customer Service representative to join our Miami FL team. In this role you will be responsible for accurately inputting data and providing support to our customer service operations. The ideal candidate is organized responsive and able to maintain a high level of accuracy while handling customer inquiries and processing data.
Responsibilities
Enter update and maintain accurate data in company systems
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
Resolve customer issues and provide product/service information
Maintain records and ensure documentation is complete and up to date
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies or follow up on pending issues
Perform general administrative tasks as required
Ensure all data is handled confidentially and securely
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience in data entry and/or customer service
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
