Scopely is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our unannounced project in Barcelona on a hybrid basis.

We are in the early stages of development on an ambitious unannounced crossplatform Strategy/MMO featuring a wellknown IP. You have the opportunity to join a highly experienced team to make a lasting impact on one of the next big releases.
What You Will Do
- Strategic Planning and : Collaborate closely with the development team to develop and refine the product roadmap steering vision strategy and business model. Oversee the feature lifecyclefrom specification writing to launching core features. Manage product requirements and feature quality from inception to delivery including release analysis and reporting.
- Players Advocate: Prioritize player experience in every decision aligning development with the target audiences needs and desires. Understand and address player issues to enhance the game. Identify and implement key initiatives to improve customer and player experiences.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership in daily tasks and larger projects ensuring quality and timely .
- Data Analysis and Insights: Manage and analyze game and market metrics synthesizing data to derive actionable insights and recommendations. Demonstrate sound product judgment to formulate strategies and set clear measurable objectives for achieving business goals.
- Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a vocal and proactive member of the team actively communicate complex ideas clearly and maintain visibility with upper management and crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and address potential issues.
What Were Looking For
- Experience & Qualification: demonstrated ability as a Product Manager/Feature Owner in gaming (mobile/PC)
- Experience: experienced in product management and product development.
- Analytical Skills: datadriven analytical skills and ability to operate and thrive with partial information and ambiguity and have a track record of building successful teams.
- User experience knowledge: understanding of consumer behaviour which will support product delivery from concept to implementation.
- DecisionMaking Ability: Experience working with backlog priotarization selecting methods techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results with high quality.
Bonus Points
- Live Operation Experience: previous working experience with live softwares.
- Genre Experience: precious experience in either 4X strategy or Action RPG games.
