Job Description:
Through the Baylor University Engagement Center (BUEC) students connect with Baylor alumni parents and friends on behalf of the University. Service as a Baylor University Advancement Ambassador (BUAA) ranges from providing a touchpoint to sharing a variety of engagement opportunities. Participants will gain experience in communication fundraising/sales negotiations and networking that will be useful during and beyond their time at Baylor.
The starting pay is $10/hour with a flexible parttime schedule.
What We Do:
Connect with Baylor alumni parents and friends via phone call text or video to check in and inform them about the great things happening at Baylor
Discuss fundraising support for scholarships research and campus wide initiatives
Inform the Baylor Family about upcoming events
Thank individuals for their support whether that be through giving or attending an event
Update contact information of Baylor alumni parents and friends

Minimum Requirements:
Have knowledge about Baylor University history traditions and events
Work at least three shifts per week
BUEC Shift times are:
5:45 p.m. 9:00 p.m. Sunday Thursday
2:15 p.m. 5:30 p.m. Sundays ONLY
Current Baylor undergraduate student *Graduate students that completed their undergraduate degree at Baylor may also be considered.
