Responsibilities:
- Help establish safe healthy and welcoming learning environments for all students addressing their social and emotional needs.
- Advocate for diverse student populations ensuring full access to educational opportunities and addressing historic inequities.
- Work with students parents and communities implementing supports and interventions to enhance student success.
- Coordinate referrals to community-based resources for aftercare and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Social Work Endorsement or School Counselor Endorsement.
- Bachelors degree required.
