Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership:
- Architect design develop and support various suite of applications
- Lead the design of secure scalable software architectures
- Develop data processing engines to handle large data volumes
- Drive development of webbased platforms for healthcare analytics
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development database management and analytics implementation
- Team Building and Mentorship:
- Recruit onboard and build a highperforming technical team.
- Mentor team members fostering skill development in areas like coding software architecture and data visualization tools.
- Promote a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Client Engagement:
- Provide technical insights during client discussions and presentations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to refine technical solutions and align with business goals.
- Technical Skills:
- Lead the design of secure scalable software architectures leveraging AWS/Azure Docker Hasura APIs Microservices Django Flask terraform and more.
- Proficiency in data analysis and software engineering with handson experience.
- Proficiency inPythonand other coding languages like SQL R or JavaScript.
- Experience withwebbased dashboard developmentand tools like Tableau Power BI or custom frameworks.
- Experience of working with US based pharma clients and datasets would be preferred
- Leadership and Management:
- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing technical teams.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and a strategic mindset.
Preferred Experience:
- 8 years in technical roles as a Solutions Architect or similar role
