We are seeking a talented Investments Marketing Content Strategist focusing on commercial and promotional writing to join our inhouse marketing team supporting our investment content branded content and product marketing efforts. In this role you will craft compelling audiencefocused copy across various formats to drive engagement increase website traffic and support the firms sales and growth objectives. The ideal candidate has a knack for storytelling (with words and visuals) a deep understanding of financial concepts and the ability to adapt messaging for diverse channels and audiences. Youll have a with a keen expertise on digital content creation and work closely with colleagues in brand product and thought leadership on recurring initiatives and specific campaigns.
The Global Marketing organization at Neuberger Berman comprises key Centers of Excellence across Brand Experience Content Media Relations and Channel Marketing as well as Investment Communications and RFP. Together this team is a dynamic hub of creativity and strategy dedicated to driving brand awareness customer engagement and business growth. With a dual mandate for operational efficiency and business expansion we leverage datadriven insights innovative campaigns and compelling investment communications to connect with our audience and deliver measurable results. We collaborate closely with teams across the firm to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts optimizing processes and maximizing impact for sustained success.
Responsibilities
Content Creation writing persuasive and engaging promotional copy for various media including:
Websites: Homepage content product pages and landing pages.
Video and Podcast Scripts: Create scripts for interviews explainer videos and branded podcasts.
Emails: Craft subject lines body copy and CTAs for email campaigns.
Social Media: Create platformspecific posts for LinkedIn Twitter and other relevant channels.
Print Materials: Brochures Flyers and Print Materials.
Campaigns: Brand and product marketing campaigns
Drive traffic and engagement by collaborate with brand and channel partners to write SEOoptimized copy that drives website traffic and supports lead generation efforts.
Partner with social media managers to create engaging posts that increase follower growth and content sharing.
Work with campaign managers to create emails with high open and clickthrough rates.
Ensure brand consistency by maintain the firms tone of voice and style guide across all written materials.
Ensure all content is compliant with regulatory requirements and aligns with internal brand guidelines.
Collaboration and strategize in partnership with investment teams product marketing brand team and other stakeholders to distill complex financial concepts into clear compelling messaging.
Collaborate with design video production and digital teams to align written content with visual assets.
Brainstorm and pitch innovative content ideas that enhance the firms visibility and thought leadership.
Review edit and optimize content to ensure accuracy clarity and consistency.
Focus on continuously optimization of copy based on analytics user behavior and performance metrics.
Qualifications and Skills:
Required
Bachelors degree in English Journalism Communications Marketing Finance or a related field.
5 years of professional writing experience in financial services investment management asset management or a similar industry.
Familiarity with investment products financial markets and regulatory requirements (e.g. FINRA SEC etc) in asset management.
Proven ability to write for diverse formats including digital platforms (websites emails social media) print multimedia scripts and effective AI prompts.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and user engagement strategies.
Excellent writing editing proofreading and overall communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear compelling messaging.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A strong commitmentto continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Preferred
Experience writing SEOoptimized content
Experience using CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress)
Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics Adobe Analytics) and email marketing platforms (e.g. marketing cloud)
Strong collaboration skills with experience working in crossfunctional teams (e.g. product marketing design compliance) and external stakeholders.
Creative thinker with asolutionoriented approachto crafting compelling userfriendly and impactful content.

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $95000$110000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location business sector performance shift travel requirements sales or revenuebased metrics market benchmarking data any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus which along with base salary and retirement contributions is part of our total comprehensive package.
