Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our Sales & Marketing team in Berlin. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who is open minded a willingness to adapt to change and a commitment to working collaboratively under a bottom-up leadership style.
Tasks
Sales & Customer Service
- Manage and respond to incoming calls.
- Support client communication including follow-ups and issue resolution.
- Track leads and conversions assisting the sales team in identifying customer needs and potential solutions.
- Ensure prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries for an optimal experience.
- Proactively work to convert leads into bookings.
Analysis & Research
- Review performance data to find useful insights for better decision-making.
- Track daily results and quickly address any internal issues.
- Website monitoring to ensure accuracy and functionality.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Background in Sales Customer Service or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with sales funnels and lead management.
- Based in Berlin.
- Fluency in English and German. German fluency is a must requirement (at least C1 Level).
