Job Summary:
The Managed Services HR Operations Senior Associate/Associate is responsible for providing HR support to clients ensuring efficient HR operations. They manage employee data handle HRrelated queries and assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Additionally they collaborate with various teams to streamline HR processes and enhance overall employee experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Managed Services HR Operations Senior Associate/Associate you will contribute to delivering these activities for clients of PwC:
Support the transition of related HR processes from the Client to the PwC team e.g.
Manage Employee Data & Documentation e.g.
Provide HR Support Services
Support employee on/offboarding e.g.
Compliance and Reporting
Demonstrate strong use of time management/ organisational skills & tools:
Collaborate effectively in a team environment
