This program offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of HR management policies practices and operations within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in rotational assignments to gain comprehensive experience in different HR functions.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects related to human resources management including recruitment onboarding training performance management and employee relations.
- Participate in meetings workshops and training sessions to learn about HR processes policies and compliance requirements.
- Observe and learn from experienced HR professionals to understand best practices industry standards and legal regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports presentations and documentation as needed.
- Learn about HR Systems and other tools used for data management and reporting.
- Support the HR team in various tasks and projects aimed at improving HR processes employee engagement and organizational culture.
- Follow all company regulations HR policies and compliance standards.
- Participate in HR audits reviews and initiatives under the guidance of senior HR staff.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in MBA/ HR Management / Organization Development Management Psychology or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent command of English with additional language proficiency a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in HRrelated tasks and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Passion for HR and a desire to pursue a career in human resources management.
