Job Description
As a Senior Financial Analyst you will:
Coordinate and execute recurring planning and performance management cycles
Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting and insightful analysis
Support and improve financial planning models for longterm targets and scenario analysis
Drive insightbased highquality decisionmaking across business units
Standardize global reporting processes and enhance insightdriven analysis
Lead or support financial planning activities such as longterm financial plans annual budgeting and monthly reviews
Generate and communicate actionable insights using automated and customized reports
Align sector and business line data to uncover cost and profitability drivers
Promote crossteam standardization and automation of reporting and analysis tools
Collaborate with Finance Business Partners and operational teams to improve financial outcomes
What You Bring to the Table:
A Master s degree in Business Economics Data Analytics or a related field
8 10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) business control or a related domain
Strong understanding of complex financial processes and corporate planning systems
Proficiency in tools like SAP BW BI reporting or similar financial applications
Prior experience working in matrix corporate environments
Preferably exposure to hightech or multinational business environments
Familiarity with business analytics platforms such as SAS is an added advantage

Break down complex data into standardized automated and actionable formats
Operate under pressure manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity
