About Company: Our client is a startup network infrastructure company that specializes in providing managed services for infrastructure network management data integrations and application management in Nigeria. The Company is known for its reputation for highquality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
The company is seeking to hire a dedicated and resultoriented Business Development Executive who will drive sales and expand the client base. This role requires a blend of technical acumen and sales expertise to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
The ideal candidate for this role is expected to have a deep understanding of network infrastructure solutions including Wide Area Networks (WAN) SoftwareDefined Wide Area Networks (SDWAN) and Cybersecurity Solutions as well as general IT Equipment and Product Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted sectors such as financial services government agencies and large enterprises.
Craft and implement strategic sales plans to promote the companys suite of services ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients understanding their unique needs and proposing tailored solutions.
Work closely with technical teams to design and present customized solutions that address client requirements effectively.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals presentations and service agreements that resonate with client needs and showcase our value proposition.
Maintain an accurate and uptodate sales pipeline using CRM tools providing regular forecasts and reports to management.
Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
Represent the company at industry events conferences and seminars to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership.
Share insights and best practices with colleagues to improve the teams overall performance.
HND/Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
3 5 years of proven experience in Technology/IT Product/Service Sales with a Similar Company.
Must be experienced in selling into the Financial Services Sector (Banks Insurance Companies Microfinance Banks etc) Manufacturing Oil and Gas Sector and General Corporate Sales.
Must maintain close liaisons with the technical department to spot new opportunities in the market and to ensure that products are aligned with the capabilities of the existing infrastructure
Must be at the front line of market interface customer relationship management and revenue generation.
Maintain close liaisons with the finance department to ensure prompt and proper billing as well as receivables management
Understand ISP products and services: broadband leased lines fiber optics VoIP etc.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to handle multiple key tasks simultaneously.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in handling documentation and processes.
