Job Title:Adult Social Worker Learning Disabilities Bournemouth
Location: Bournemouth (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: 35 per hour
About the Role:
Bournemouth Council is seeking a dedicated and flexible individual to join the Learning Disability Service team as an Adult Social Worker. This role involves undertaking outstanding review work including scheduling and conducting inperson reviews reassessments carer assessments and support planning as needed.
What will your responsibilities be
In this role you will conduct inperson reviews and reassessments within the BCP geographic area. You will perform carers assessments and support planning based on individual needs scheduling visits at mutually convenient times. Your work will be screened and allocated by the supervising manager authorised through Learning Disabilities Quality Assurance (LDQA) processes. Additionally you will provide support and training for the Mosaic case management system. You will show a proactive approach to ensure the wellbeing and support of individuals with learning disabilities fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration be eligible to work in the UK hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level and have at least 2 years of postqualified experience in social work.
