Job Title: Senior Bookings Consultant
Location: Bellville Cape Town

Job Summary:
The Senior Bookings Consultant is pivotal in driving regional growth and enhancing client relationships significantly advancing our mission of improving patient care. With a comprehensive understanding of business operations and market dynamics they lead efforts to expand revenue streams and achieve company targets while upholding exceptional customer service standards. Their role involves not only managing existing client accounts but also strategically identifying and securing highvalue business opportunities to drive growth.

The Senior Bookings Consultant mentors and supports junior team members fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment. They play a crucial role in streamlining processes and resolving complex issues ensuring seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Service Delivery

ClientFacing Sales and Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain robust client relationships
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Proactively call clients to assess demand and staffing needs; address emerging issues promptly.

DaytoDay Sales Operations

  • Manage daily sales activities including booking shifts for nurses and coordinating with candidates.
  • Ensure alignment between sales and client service delivery continuously seeking process improvements.

Accountability for Hours Booked

  • Monitor and report on booked hours to ensure targets are met and adjusted as needed.

KPI Support Delivery

  • Perform sales activities and ensure KPIs are met providing updates and insights to drive performance improvements.

Operations Management

Adoption and Utilization of Processes and Systems

  • Utilize ICG Medicals processes and systems for effective sales management.
  • Regularly review and optimize processes for enhanced efficiency.

Building Relationships with Stakeholders

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Engage stakeholders to meet their needs and support business growth.

Collaborative Coordination

  • Work closely with recruitment compliance and finance departments to ensure seamless coordination.

Client Satisfaction and Improvement

  • Maintain client relationships and use feedback to improve service offerings.

Team Support and Collaboration

  • Support and collaborate with team members sharing insights and best practices to achieve collective goals.

Continuous Learning and Development

  • Stay updated on industry trends new technologies and best practices.
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication and written skills

  • Must be able to articulate ideas clearly and effectively both in person and in written communications ensuring understanding and engagement from clients and colleagues.

Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Proven track record of creating and executing sales plans that drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

Minimum of 2 years of experience

  • Experience in handling international client interactions showcasing the ability to manage diverse customer needs and adapt to various cultural contexts.

Strong sales and client relationship management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain longterm client relationships enhancing client satisfaction and driving repeat business.

The candidate must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required ensuring availability to meet client needs and operational demands across different time zones.
