Job Description
Responsibilities Include:
- Handle the loan process from application to closing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients realtors and other referral sources.
- Guide clients through the mortgage loan process providing information and answering questions.
- Evaluate clients financial status and determine appropriate loan products.
- Prepare and submit loan applications and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and networking.
- Strong understanding of mortgage loan processes and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Selfmotivated and resultsdriven.
- Experience in the mortgage industry is a plus.
