Our prominent client is looking for seasoned technofunctional Business Analyst for a 6 month contract to begin with possibility of extension for a company wide HRIS implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate analyze and optimize HR system performance
- Requirements gathering meeting with all relevant stakeholders to understand HR needs and efficiently implement into systems
- Implement relevant processes and systems in relevant sectors: payroll workday etc
- Enforce procedure compliance
Requirements
Must haves:- 5 years hands on experience in similar HRIS role ideally have worked with Workday implementation reporting experience
- Must currently reside inside Ontario Canada and be legally allowed to work in Canada
- Stellar analytical and problemsolving skills communication skills both written and verbal
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
