Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for our customers handling inquiries troubleshooting issues and providing exceptional service. As a Call Center Representative you will communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met while promoting our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information regarding products services and company policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
- Process orders forms applications and requests
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our database
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance customer support
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Proven experience in a customer service role preferably in a call center
- Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Familiarity with computer systems and software applications
- Ability to handle challenging situations and difficult customers with composure
