JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for supporting Risk Management analysis across pricing profitability credit strategies and capital markets. Accountable for providing analytical support related to the Companys growth initiatives channel partners and funding partners. Drive the organization forward by preparing various internal reports analysis and presentations and participating in meetings and strategic decisions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Examine performance of various cohorts and provide timely information analysis and recommendations to the management team.

Evaluate credit and pricing strategies to optimize growth and profitability.

Support the preparation of materials to be presented to Risk Committees (Credit Risk and Pricing)

Support the periodic due diligence and audit requirements for credit facilities and external financing partners including working with banks investors audit firms and internal LendingPoint resources.

Utilize MySQL Domo Tableau or other data management or database systems to drive datacentric strategic solutions to management inquiries.

Business owner for key internal management reports and external due diligence presentations.

Collect and research data; design workflows and procedures; identify data relationships and dependencies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge skill and/or ability required.

Bachelors degree in a quantitative or related field (e.g. Mathematics Data Science Statistics Economics Finance etc. from an accredited college or university preferred.

o MBA degree is a plus.

10 years of credit risk management experience financial services or FinTech industry experience preferred.

10 years of experience leveraging large complex datasets for driving business decisions.

Comprehensive knowledge of consumer credit risk trends and first part and thirdparty fraud risks.

Advanced in SQL Python / R Tableau Excel and PowerPoint.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand walk reach and sit for a minimum of 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation. The employee is required to use hands to finger handle or feel objects and/or tools. The employee is required to talk or hear with or without reasonable accommodation and must sometimes lift and move up to 10 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the logistics duties of this job the employee is frequently exposed to moderate noises such as computers printers and other light traffic noise in an office setting.

This role is inoffice. Remote work may be performed from a preapproved location as arranged and scheduled by team management and approved by department leadership.
