Job Description
Role Summary:
Lead the strategic and operational launch of Oman s national trading company for chromite and gypsum. Oversee commercial financial and governance functions while representing the company to domestic producers international buyers and regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company s business strategy in alignment with Minerals
- Trading Companys mandate.
- Build and lead a high-performing team across trading logistics finance and compliance.
- Establish and maintain relationships with domestic producers international buyers and government stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Oversee financial performance budgeting and risk management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Mining or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in mineral trading or related industries with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of establishing and growing trading operations.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance.
