The Position:
To ensure the Martinus quality management plan is implemented on site with the document review and submission process of qualityrelated documentation. Ensuring nonconformances are mitigated identified and reported to ensure compliance to the project specification.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Position Specific
Ensure compliance with current regulations.
Monitor and report on project activities processes and procedures.
Assist in the development of internal auditing tools and conduct internal audits and reports.
Determine datadriven solutions and implement quality improvement plans.
Perform reviews to ensure adherence with Martinus HSEQ processes and procedures.
Provide construction teams and management with quality planning and support.
Conduct or assist with regulatory and quality training sessions.
Prepare and maintain quality management documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS/TICKETS/COMPETENCIES
Qualifications Formal Qualifications Required:
Bachelors degree in engineering or similar discipline.
Experience Required:
510 years experience in a quality role within a major construction environment.
Desirable: Rail/civil construction experience.
