Job Description
RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a FullTime Dietetic Coordinator in the area!
- Oversee Dietary Department: Lead a team of 12 hire staff and develop supervisors to maintain high standards.
- Assess Nutritional Needs: Evaluate patients nutrition provide care and educate on healthy eating.
- Ensure Compliance: Develop and maintain policies for safe compliant kitchen operations.
- Monitor Performance: Track quality costs and operations to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate and Educate: Contribute to hospital mission and educate staff on nutritional care.
- Document assessments of patients with nutritional goals and interventions in the medical record.
- Adhere to all facilitys policies and procedures including confidentiality and patients rights.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience providing general nutrition interventions (i.e. weight loss weight gain food intolerances etc.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Experience with electronic charting systems
- CPR Certified or willingness to obtain
