Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive seeks available Corporate lawyer for a temporary role supporting a Financial Institution for 612 months.
We are looking to speak with midlevel lawyers who have experience advising UK listed companies.
This assignment will run for 612 months and you will be engaged in governance support horizon scanning advising on PRA and FCA handbooks and feeding into relevant playbooks.
This is an exciting and busy role which offers 2 days working from home a week.
