Responsibilities and Duties

  • Open rental contracts as needed.
  • Log customer/rental information for rental in Komatsu PRONTO system.
  • File appropriate paperwork as needed regarding contracts.
  • Close all rental contracts.
  • Final bill all rentals across all departments to end customers in NDS.
  • Review Rental Invoices prior to final billing and prior to mailing to customers.
  • Correct Dates / Rates / Credits / Fuel / Damages / Attachments / Adjustments.
  • Assist in processing and calculating rental commissions.
  • Make branches aware of outstanding final billings.
  • Prepare final invoices for physical mail to customers.
  • Assist branches with rental support as needed.
  • Aid branches that have no rental coordinators or have coordinators out of office.
  • Help sales force with machine availability and rates.
  • Schedule trucking and submitting MAs when needed.
  • Draft rental agreements and creating rental contracts.
  • Communicate with branches on what they have pending in terms of agreements. and final billings needed outstanding buckets etc.
  • Manage Demos and Loaners with Branches and Salesforce.
  • Review DR/RR for accuracy Dates/Hours/SN/Attachments out and in.
  • Order and distribute PO# and CER decals to appropriate branches as needed.
  • Aid warranty department with FID dates on select manufacturers and submit proper paperwork.
  • File reports as needed and match up with appropriate contracts and final billings.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree or further education preferred.
  • Valid drivers license and a safe driving record.
  • Written and verbal communication skills ability to demonstrate and state facts to all contact people.
  • Understanding of PC hardware/Software (Windows MS Word MS Excel MS Outlook MS PowerPoint) including all manufacturers web portals.
  • Detail oriented organized and responsible.
  • Ability to successfully pass a Drug Test and Background Check.

Physical Requirements

  • Required to sit for long periods and manage stress in a fast-paced environment.
  • Required to use computers and office machines.
  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to stand walk sit climb stairs and ladders lift 75 pounds regularly and repeatedly and use hands.
  • Must have the ability to enter exit and inspect construction equipment.
